Learn Tajweed Al Qur’aan 123 – Rules and Requirements
Bismillahir-Rahmaanir-Raheem
- Students must be regular and serious, showing commitment towards the classes, in order to take part in the practical tests.
- Sisters will be reciting privately on Skype (free to download), whilst the brothers will be reciting in the main Paltalk room. Please note: Our teacher is a brother, and the Admins (Sisters) will be present in the call, until students have finished doing the practical and have been corrected.
- In order to prevent delay, microphones should be checked before recitation/practical sessions. Likewise, if possible, students must use headsets or the like rather than built-in microphones. This will help the teacher to better hear your mistakes and correct them.
- Red-dot is implemented in the room due to the fact that text needs to be limited and in order to keep focus on the lesson; by doing this, the lessons can progress smoothly in shaa` Allah. This, therefore, benefits both the students and the teacher.
- Attendance will be recorded. In order to check the attendance of regular students, there is a class register. Once new students have shown their commitment, they will be added to the register in shaa` Allah. You may be removed from the register, if your attendance is poor. If, for any reason, a student could not attend one of the lessons, they may request for the recording. The recording will only be given, if students have a valid reason for not attending that particular class. It is important that you complete the practical test if there were any in that lesson, which you had missed, in shaa` Allah.
- Please do not distribute the recordings. Delete the recording after you have finished listening to them. This is a trust between you and us, and Allaah is All-Knowing and All-Seeing.
- Students should have basic knowledge of the Arabic alphabets and how to read Arabic before participating in the classes, otherwise the classes may be hard to follow. If a student does not know how to read, they may contact one of the Admins who will make the necessary arrangements for that student.
Jazaakum’Allahu khayran wa baarak’Allahu feekum. May Allah reward you for your patience and understanding, and for your adherence to the rules, aameen.
